When Anna was working in finance, she realized she was not doing work that fulfilled her. But she could blog for hours and hours and never get bored. She also loved teaching and training finance, but not doing finance. So she knew she needed to learn more and head in the direction of teaching and training.
Here are 3 questions to ask yourself to figure out your career direction:
- What is your zone of genius: When are you truly fulfilled? When does work not really feel like working?
- When you are at your best, what are you doing?
- What could you do for hours and hours and not get bored?
